We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data.
All documents, images, signatures, passwords, and PIN codes you enter or scan into the App are processed and stored locally on your device. We do not have servers that receive your data, nor do we use any third-party cloud services or analytics trackers to harvest your information.
2. Local Storage and Security
Because DoxiWallet handles highly sensitive information, such as ID cards, passports, and signatures, we employ on-device security measures.
Local Sandboxed Storage
Your documents are saved in a secure, hidden directory on your device that cannot be accessed by other applications.
Hardware-Backed Encryption
We utilize the Android Keystore system and AES-256 encryption to secure your App PIN and sensitive data.
Encrypted Backups
If you choose to export a backup of your wallet, the resulting ZIP file is encrypted using AES-256 with a password known only to you.
3. No Account Required
You do not need to create an account, provide an email address, or log in to use DoxiWallet. The App is fully functional immediately upon installation.
4. Required Device Permissions
To provide its core functionality, DoxiWallet requires certain permissions on your device. These permissions are used locally and are not used to transmit your data off your device.
Camera
Used solely to scan documents, ID cards, and signatures.
Storage (Photos/Media/Files)
Used to import existing documents from your device into the App and to save your encrypted backup files to your local device.
Biometrics
Used to allow you to unlock the App quickly and securely using your device's fingerprint or facial recognition hardware.
5. User Responsibility and Data Loss
Because your data is stored exclusively on your device, you are solely responsible for its safekeeping.
Important Data Loss Notice
We cannot recover your documents if you lose your device, uninstall the App without creating a backup, or forget your custom App PIN or Backup Password.
We strongly recommend regularly exporting encrypted backups and storing them in a safe location.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any material changes, we will notify you by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this policy and, if applicable, providing notice within the App.
